Danmar Builders… doubled the size of our lab and reconfigured existing space to create additional exam rooms. Most recently, they have remodeled sections of our administrative offices.

The pathology lab was an 18 workday project completed in 5 days. Danmar Builders started at 5:00 o’clock PM on a Friday, worked 24 hours a day and finished on Wednesday at 9:00 o’clock AM. Our lab was down for only 2 working days.

The remodel for additional exam rooms was planned for the scheduled vacation period of our doctors. The work was completed the work in 10 days as planned with no down time for our staff or operation.

Our administrative office remodel was scheduled for this past Christmas to New Year’s week. For this project, we made additional requests and changes to the scope of work. Again, Danmar Builders completed the remodel as planned and on time as promised.

For these projects, Danmar Builders has been impressive. Their work efforts have enabled us to make significant changes without disruption to patient services and revenue sources. They have advised us on ways to save on construction expenses and have been creative in the re-working of existing components into our new plans instead of requiring us to order new ones.

With Danmar Builder’s expertise, professional work attitude and flexibility, our projects were much easier to manage. Their employees have been kind, courteous, and eager to help. They kept our facility consistently cleaned. This saved our company additional costs of workplace downtime as well as the need to contract post-construction clean-up crews.
